Updated posting of online payment.
Bakit hindi updated ang posting ng online payment nyo? Nagbayad ako May 18,2020 at June 22,2020 pero hindi nabawasan ang current bill ko. Tumatawag din ako sa hotline number nyo pero di makontak. Wala man lang customer service na pwedeng makausap. Paano masasagot ang mga concerns ng customer nyo nyan? Or better yet send me the full statement of account from March- June 2020. Thank you.
