Review All counter cashiers were polite and accommodating but NOT the lady manager

I am almost a daily costumer of JRS Imus around minimum 4 times a week I visits the branch.
First time I encountered this lady whom seemingly a manager whom was very arrogant that time, when she advised us to lined up outside the branch. She needs to be patient and polite to the costumer. She is lucky she stays inside with AC and we are standing under the sun. Please be mindful that we need each other; however being a costumer we have options as there were other companies that can give service to us. Not because you see that we are very patiently waiting to served we will be treated that way, some of our clients were just choosing your service personally that is the reason we stays, if not why should we?
