Review Never to recommend this place!

Not good for business or investment purpose! Renovations are still on going for many years now. No amenities available at all until now. Ang sama ng ugali ng admin dito . Nakikipag away sa residents. Personal office are not allowed to set up even we are on covid times. Specifically yong Sally sa admin. Aside from condo dues ,you have to pay LIPO. Not worth it. No swimming pool no gym at tower 1 nothing at all. Admin wont allow non blood related person as your companion at the unit. So if you are renting to cover up rental fees ,you feel sorry. Friends ,co workers etc ate not permitted. Exterior of the building hasnt been done yet for namy years now and the internal of the building looks hospital na luma. Unit cuts lang talaga ang maganda dito but other that that it sucks!
