Review DISAPPOINTED

Good day. I received a text from your office informing that they will deliver my orders. So I went to get my orders in our meet up place. I paid the said amount. I noticed that there is only 1 box in the plastic where in fact it must be 2 boxes, so I immediately informed the delivery man. He said it was not his fault. With the presence of the City Traffic Enforcers assigned in our gate, we opened it and it was only 1 item. So with this scenario, I was really disappointed with the service that you have. I paid the exact amount but item was incomplete.Sobrang halata pa na binuksan, ang laki ng supot pra sa dalawang item sana tapos may 2 bubble wrap plastic pa pero iisa nman na item. SO DISGUSTING!!!!
