Poor customer service in your delivery riders /messengers. Needs replacement
Your messenger was already at the brgy where he is supposed to deliver the parcel, was instructed by the neighbour of the exact location and landmark, instead of proceeding, he went where God knows only where he went. Consignee was waiting the whole afternoon as he was messaged by the neighbour. So inefficient. It. happened also in the past that customer was asked to pick up a packaged though it was already paid to be delivered. How come other couriers are efficient to do their jobs but LBC is .....hari ng sablay
