Shopee didn’t returned my items nor my money
I purchased an item worth 45k plus, but the item size was not right so I returned it but shopee didn’t accepted it and they will returning the items back to me but until now I haven’t received my items worth 45k and I contacted shopee for a month and they said the item has been on the way and or delivered whick I never received and then now they emailed saying they won’t be returning my item because it didn’t pass their quality check which is puzzling because when they sent me the item it passed their quality check and when I returned them suddenly it didn’t pass their quality check? So now their saying I won’t be able to return my money or even the items.

I also have a standing issue with Shopee although it is not as big as yours. But I might be able to help. I am going to its Corporate Office soon in Taguig. I am also finding some ways to complain to them about their Shopee Pay. Keep the emails you received from Shopee as well as your evidences. did you already drop by at their office, i have also concerned as seller, they lost my item but they always its almost beyond 30 days, its too late to solved.

I agree. I received a defective item sent all the evidence even video. Then also spoke to customer care saying they understood me with my circumstances. The seller is not sorry or not responding at all just countered my refund request as return/refund. But I'm afraid that this will get denied through there QA as I saw on the reviews. I will definitely go through their corporate office. As their dispute teams decision is very unfair. I explained my side and provide all proof but then they just sided with the seller. What if it happens again that the seller sent out those defect items. I will believe if seller is humble enough to admit to their mistakes, that it was not intentional but no response at all it's like it's their regular routine and shopee will just agree with return/refund then when return it will just get decline because it's defective.
