Review A very rude LBC Delivery guy

I was to receive a parcel from Lazada. So I told the delivery personnel Ill open it first since it is my first time to buy something really expensive and was afraid it might turn out the item is wrong. The personnel said that I cant open it. I asked for the rationale and he said its their protocol. It was plain BS as others would allow you to open it in front of them. So he wouldnt give me the parcel. Thinking that he would not really give my parcel, I said Ill pay for it na but I still have to open it in front of him. He refused. I told him I will report this incident and he ran off to his motorcycle and left hurriedly. He later texted telling me to get my parcel at the hub and was so arrogant to accuse me I was being rude. What a poor poor poor service. If only I have the option nor to choose LBC, i wont choose them as the courier. I waited for for almost a month for this item only for this incident to happen. I called LBC main office twice and so far, up until now, nothing is happening. What a shame!!!
