I was made to call UCPB Head Office because of a double payment made on my PN... I called their trunkline no. 8811-9000 at around 10:45am and it took me 42 minutes before I was able to talk to a certain BM of Collections who asked me of some details then requested me to call back again at 1pm onwards...promising me to answer my call right away after complaining of how long it took me to call their office.
At about 1:20pm, I called back, but still it took me 18 minutes before BM answered my call. And after some inquiry, chitchat or whatsoever, he directed me to call their Accounting Section, giving me locals 4300, 9288, 9449 and 7221 to give ease to my dillema of waiting...
Indeed! It's been 1 hour 15 minutes and nobody is answering my calls...it seems I dialled those numbers a 100 times and it is ringing but nobody is answering...surprised!
With my persistance or maybe the operator took pity of me, she gave me another number 8811-9230. She told me it is a direct line to the Accounting head office, it is already 2:33pm, 1 hour and 13 minutes since I called...
Finally, with just 2 rings, someone answered and she is the accounting head!!! Before I could start with my inquiry, she told that she was about to leave to attend a meeting. I was about to break, but thankfully, she had me assisted by someone who she called and eventually talked to me...In total, I spent 2 hours and 42 minutes to be able to talk to someone who directed me to email them my inquiry and formalize my inquiry/request...(head shaking...lol)
To the President and other officers of UCPB, please give some notice of this review. Maybe you can try calling your Head Office through your advertised trunkline numbers and find out yourselves the hardship your customers were dealing before they can reach out to you... Thank you and God bless.

Poor service they had. My experience to them is I am trying to call them to inquire regarding my property I bought and it is under their bank. I just want to know what to do and how long they can transfer the title under my name. The number they given me is just keeping ringing and when I get a luck someone answer they hang up.

Same experience i am currently working abroad, can you imagine how much i spent for my phone calls just to get in touch with this bank????
