Review of Radiowealth Finance Company

Applied for a collateral loan June 10, 2011. Received a call June 13, 2011. None was heard after. Made a followup call to Boni Branch July 1, 2011. Said CI will visit July 6, 2011. Called branch July 6 to remind them we are waiting for CI to arrive. CI spoke with us and said we are scheduled July 7. Emphasized on July 1 call that we are only available Tue and Wed as we work and cannot accomodate visitors while on duty. CI said he will text back. After a long wait, we decided to call CI. Said he will ask main office if no errands will be asked of him then he can accomodate us and will just text back. We decided to meet up at the branch. At last, interview happened. Said they will endorse it to Valencia branch to appraise collateral. On July 7, 2011, feedback from agent was received. They declined to push through with the loan as Valencia branch finds it too far. WHAT? It is just along the same hiway they are located, 30 minutes away. Take note, after almost a month of waiting, we are just on step 2 and they claimed they process loans fast, within 2-3 weeks. It is for you to judge.
