Review Riders don't give a head up when delivering the parcel! ☺️

They don't give us a call when delivering the parcel. No message neither. No other way we are able to contact them. ???? To our surprise, we just came to know that theyve left. Our parcel, undelivered!!! ???? It's not all the time that we are checking your app about our delivery no? Hope you know that. Other courier services are not like that. ????
