Spoke to 9 people over 3 hours. Passed from department to department.
Call options always route through to wrong department. No one takes responsibility for a problem, its always another department. Refuse to put you through to a supervisor. On the rare occasion they do put you through to one, they are just as incompetent as the rest. These people never listen. They patronise and tell you its not their policy and to do as they say. Then when you get close to dealing with the issue or almost get through to a supervisor, they cut you off.
Companies like Optus who use these people are getting ripped off big time and losing their customers as well.
