Review THE IGNORANCE OF THIS COMPANY

I have had and still having trouble getting a order I placed with HMR freighted to me in Dumaguete. One of there employee's at HMR Sucat told me that I would be required to send her 1800peso in her name by G Cash for the the Freight. I became suspicious of this as you do not send cash to a employee of a company. I then went to LBC the company HMR said would be shipping the order. LBC instructed me to tell HMR to ship the order to me C O P (Cash On Pick) for the Freight Cost. Which I duly did . HMR Replied that they do not do cash advance transaction Did I not understand. I replied that I did not understand as there was no Cash Advance Required To Freight anything C.O.P. HMR replied that I had already been told what to do and if I did not like it they would cancel the order and it would take 15 working days to do a refund. I call that BLACKMAIL. So yesterday I went to BDO bank and and did a bank transfer for the freight to HMR. And sent them a copy of the Transfer. Only to be told the would not be shipped before Friday. Yesterday I sent a complaint to HMR Head Office about the whole situation > Which they have completely IGNORED. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH HMR AGAIN
