My mom booked back in November 2020 but due to health issues, she was declined for the travel pass and was unable to use the ticket. I went to the branch where she booked it, that same week and was told by the security guard to lost my number and someone will be in touch. So I waited until June 2021 and went back, I was able to speak to a personnel, ask for my contact number and theyll put us on the priority list and havent heard anything after 1 month!
