Review Inadequate update of system.

Im requesting for PROOF OF DELIVERY of my item's shipment sent to your local branch for pick but you did not update your system as it was already received. With tracking number 1270 5043 7769, item was already picked up by receiver and was able to resend back may letter but your system still appear " to be picked up."

Please confirm and update your system.
