Review F*** it!! Worst courier ever..

I sent my documents last September 23rd and they informed me on September 30th that my parcel cannot be receive by the receiver due to no person at the given address, I tried to contact the lbc bayugan where I sent my parcel,apparently they never replied nor answer my calls.
I went to see if they could help me but they just told me to contact the receiver and let the receiver go to mactan lapu lapu. And that's 5 rides away from the receiver. F*** it.. it was an important documents. Should be expedited but what now!!!! ??? Pinaka walay kwenta nga courier.
