Poor customer service
I was trying to upgrade my existing broadband plan, I have 10am schedule, the customer service agent Angie attended or called me at 10:30am but my appointment is 10am.
I gave a her my inquiry and told me she will call me, until 12nn no call or text, went back there and informed me she will process it now and call me and update me within the day, at 6pm no call parin, I went back nag out na pla sya without fixing my problem. I talked to different agent still they wasn't apple to help me. Poor customer service specially staff named angie
