Review Age limit

Good Day, i just want to ask if you have a age limit if you apply for a position of counter Person because I'm 28 Years old and I apply for counter Person in dunkin donuts Rizal..but they said I'm not qualified because of my age because they said there age limit for a counter Person is only 25 years old.. because before I'm working as a shift leader in one shop in dunkin Rizal and now I just want to apply again
