The customer service provided by Comclark/ACCTN is nothing short of disgusting. The Philippine people deserve much better. Everytime anything needs to happen then you need to attend their office and provide identification and don't forget the waiting time. I regularly have to wait 45 mins just to pay the bill and if you need tech support I have had to wait more than an hour on many occasions. The net work is very slow, so I have paid for the highest connection rate, P4,000 per month. It is about the same speed as PLDT DSL 1M but unlike PLDT it drops out and slows up regularly. It is almost impossible to complain or get in touch with technical support because they have a SMS based system, what a joke. No body ever rings you back,and I do mean not ever and when you call them you get apologize from absolutely everyone but still extremely poor service.
