Mr. Ebreo, what happened to our request for the breakdown or progress billing of our initial down payment. Up to now no word from you. Our contract was left hanging. You completely abandoned us your supposed client and never honored our contract. Instead of a progress billing, you gave a proposal which is contrary to our initial agreement.
