I have a complain to one of your stores, specifically in SM cebu city branch, I was dining in but prior to dine Im the one to even greet them I trying to be polite, instead of your people shouldve done it simple things like greetings, but I dont mind it instead, so this waitress took my orders 1 iced spanish latte and bolognese, she didnt even asked if its gonna be served together or drinks first and no providing of waiting time I didnt mind it cause might be it would took like 10mins maybe since its just bolognese and there are only 7 who dine in and they have their orders already so I was the only one that theyre taking orders from, and so I waited, 40 minutes! For one order and I cant help but ofc ask, and so this lady in the bar area gave me an uninviting look with raised brows, I asked if wheres my order and she just said and pointed that its there, no apologies and very rude, I didnt eat ofc! And paid only for the spanish latte, the point here, is that how you train all your employees?? Im not asking for compensation , Im asking that this concern should be address, knowing as well that this company has been in the industry for years already.
