Review Worst Customer Service

Your UPTC branch is the worst. I got off work around 2AM, tired and sleepy. I decided to order from Wendy's so I don't need to cook food and because it is near the exit of the mall. I'm having second thoughts because this is not the first time I experienced this from this branch. I ordered and the crew told me 15 minutes ETA, I agreed. 30 minutes passed and there is still no order. I checked and they haven't completed my order! I understand there are many deliveries (grab, food panda, etc) but she shouldn't have promised a 15 minutes ETA if they cannot fulfill it! I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it will take that long!!!!!! If I didn't check, it may have taken more than an hour to get my order!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH AGAIN!!! and will spread this experience!! (we are a BPO in the mall)
