i went to have my hair done for digital firming which took me 3 1/2 hours to finish it,then i was told not to wash it for 3 days,which i followed, but i soon as I washed my hair there was no trace of any firmed hair that was done, so i went back to the salon in sm tarlac to tell and show to them about what happened( take note i was scheduled to leave for us in 4 days after the day i had aired my concern) the salon told me that there is no refund policy( which sucks to pay for a service that you did not received) except to repeat the procedure.But what they did this time is just to do the regular firming while i have paid 2500 pesos for digital firming, and guess what? after washing my hair 2 days post firming, my hair did not get firmed but becomes dry and frizzy(looks like i had a chemical burn) it was so embarrassing
as i had to come back with a lot of meetings to attend to(as an executive employee) i was planning to file a legal complaint had i not been so busy trying to take care of my mom who was just diagnosed with possible neoplasm as the company has not been so sympathetic of my complaint.no one should be obligated to pay for the service that was not done or delivered the way it should be. i am planning to bring this to the attention of the public by any means possible and i know that with the help of internet i will be able to make the public aware of the horrible experience i have had and i even got pictures to prove it and neither i am after any financial gain because i already am earning a very comfortable amount as an executive here in us.i just don't like when business owners don't care anything but earning more money in an ugly way.
