This transportation company/Agency's bus TYC 937 hit/dragged my car last November 2012 during their Korean tour and have not paid their dues to me till now (February 2013) despite continuous follow up. The operations manager didn't even reply to my email wherein I stated the details and didn't actualize his promise to settle the amount via bank deposit. They are lucky that I used MY insurance for the repair and they only have to settle the principal amount and depreciation value of my one tire. I've been trying to contact their operations manager but they won't connect me and won't even return my call! They are not the only one busy, I too am busy to make continuous follow up!
