Review of Neo Day Spa - Bonifacio Global City

I went here to get a scrub, wrap and spa worth a little above PhP3000. The staff told me about their membership promo worth Php10,000. I said I would think about it. Since I was the last customer and they were closing in two hours, I gave my credit card for them to swipe, and said I would sign after the massage. After my massage, before I signed, I saw that they swiped the PhP10,000, and assumed that I would get the promo. I asked them to cancel it as I never authorized such payment. They said they can only do it after two months. Management has also refused to talk to me even with my daily follow ups.
