Napakatagal mag deliver. Nandon na sa hub yung parcel ko pero di pa rin nadedeliver. More than 4 days na na dyan yung parcel kk but still di pa rin nadedeliver

Follow up ko lang po yung package ko, dapat po kasi natanggap ko na po sya kahapon kaso wala pong tao sa bahay. Aminado naman po ako na yung shipper yung nagkamali sa shipping address ko pero sabi ko po doon sa courier nyo sa work ko na lang ipadala, from Jaen to San Isidro. Ayaw nya at sobrang traffic daw kahit malapit lang naman at kaya naman nyang i-deliver, sabi nya ngayon ko makukuha 2/18/2020 at ipinasabay nya raw ngayon sa delivery dito sa San Isidro matatapos na yung araw uwian na wala pa rin yung package ko. Anong klaseng service ba 'to? Ang mahal ng shipping tapos ang bulok ng service.

slow delivery, stuck up
Im from gapan lang, and my package was in cabanatuan for 2 w eeks na and hindi pa din dinedeliver, paki ayos po ang service if u want na tangkilikin kayo ng customers

Late delivery
On the tracking the package was already on their hub for more than two weeks but nobody delivers on my address.. i contacted customer service twice, they response but the action took place after a week finally they deliver.. 2go cabanatuan keep my package for 3weeks.. and i have another deliver i receive a txt msg that it is on transit but nobody deliver on that day

Gud day.. i follow up ko lang yung order ko from shoppee.. nakalagay kasi nandyan na sa hub nyo SINCE JANUARY 2 PA.. pang christmas gifr ko sana sa anak ko yun eh mukhang aabutin p ng valentines day sa inyo. Ask ko lang po bakit wala pa ung documents na pinadala sakin .. naka received ako ng txt sa bank na dispatched na dw ung document and chineck ko sa website nyo and ang sabi dun nung may 3 pa arrival.. kung hindi nyo po madedeliver san po ba pwedeng kunin ako na po ang kukuha..
