Question for 2GO - Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (Express)

I sent my parcel from Manila going to Muñoz nueva ecija last April 12,
And until now the recipient haven't receive it yet..
What's going on???
It's been two weeks!!
And nobody answering on hotline!!
