I have ordered a basket of fruits and requested a date and I must say that the fruits are fresh and placed in a good quality basket on the target date. I also received enough assistance-every email was answered. I will defo recomment this business.

At first I felt bad thinking I was scammed. But I was surprised when my recipient in Manila sent me a photo of the cake on facebook. I will definitely shop thru pinasgift again. I rcomment this site. -Fay, NSW Australia

I'm totally dissatisfied with (PinasGift.comPhilgift.com) seemingly connected, and wished I would have read the reviews myself before I acted. I know that anyone can write a review, good or bad and know that you have to take everything you read with a grain of salt. Its been said that even some of the "good reviews might just be written by the owner or company representative themselves. Here’s MY experience.

I ordered something from them in the first week of February assuming that it would be delivered in a timely manner to it's location, following the instructions to the tee. I've since attempted live chat through their yahoo IM as well as their own messaging service and only got an automated response telling me:

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.
We have received your email and we will contact you shortly. Thank you.

Define "shortly"!

My payment was never picked up and is still pending as you'll see by my attachment. I must say I'm disappointed with the lack of service and responses to my numerous attempts to contact them. It's LONG past Valentines Day so the rush should be long over as well. No typhoon's reported, or anything else catastrophic that could explain the silence. To me, it's just a lack of professionalism.

It's also worth noting that I see a distinct pattern of degradation from February of 2012 which was a 5 star and rave reviews and went downhill to a single star immediately and stayed there with mine!

On their website they ask: Why PinasGift?
Two points that apply to my situation I have a problem with...
*Deliver 7 days a week! Fast, affordable, easy and reliable
*Prompt customer support-Email/Phone or Live Help.

Not true in my case... What happened to pride and integrity of their business?

As of February 25th, I've sadly had to cancel my Western Union Payout to Maruf Hasan and reissued it to the intended recipient of my gift so they can at least go buy their own candy and rose. What a pathetic way to have to handle this, with no thanks to Philgifts.com!

I ordered one pizza to be send to the Phils. but they charged it to my debit card two transactions. I tried to call their contacts # here in the US and in the Phils. Right after i made transactions but no one answered.. and then I tried calling them for two days different times... they dont have 24hrs customers service, very poor packages.. very costly "shipping fee" (for pizza?) Are they going to send pizza from here in USA to Phils.? Great! When I ordered pizza they sent it 2 says after I made a transaction.. but they says SAME DAY DELIVERY.. great!.. NEVER AGAIN to Pinasgift.com.. I think its a big scam.

I am disappointed with this site. Ordered for a red ribbon cake Feb 11 for my 9year old niece and requested for a morning delivery on 15th Feb but cake didnt arrive at all!!!...as i write this review it is already 8pm (Manila time)
Tried to call all their numbers for the delivery update but all lines no answer. Went online to chat and no answer.
Ordering online is pricey and I dont mind as long as they could be trusted. I am an old customer but today is a big disappointment.
I hope Pinas.com would have the courtesy to refund the money.

I will never order from this site again. They delivered the item so late and the item delivered is not what was described in their site. The food was not sealed properly, the serving size is not correct and even the flowers my sister ordered for my mom has wilted when it was delivered. Their site doesn't provide the correct information. They also charge way more than other site who offer the same services.

This is BS company! I just wasted my time. I processed an order on the 21st of the month to be delivered on the 23rd, and guess what,it was delivered on the 28th of the month. And here's the thing, the item delivered was way too different from what I ordered. It's a total waste!!!

Don't be deceived. pinasgift.com is not nice as it seems. I ordered $50 worth of flower bouquet in which they describe in their website as “One dozen deep red roses in a clear glass vase with added greenery that is perfect for everyone.”

This was supposedly a gift for my mom on Mother’s Day (May 12, 2013) and a birthday surprise for my elder sister (May 15, 2013). And you know what? My mom and sis just received a cheap bouquet of 6 ugly red roses with lots of leaves just to make it look full. The flowers were not even arranged in a clear glass vase as advertised. They just tied it inelegantly in cheap, clear cellophane plastic and there it goes my $100 worth of order became a horrible gift that won’t even cost a penny. I have tried contacting them, wrote several complain letters but there were no response. No one picks up from the hotline numbers provided in their website. This company is a rip off. If only I can upload the photos here so you can see the actual look of their products, I would love to. So guys, beware of this website they have false advertisement and poor customer service.

I will never order form this company again!!! This isn't the first time i have sent packages back home such as what this company offers. Unfortunately this company just have no idea of what customer service is. 1) When they processed my order and you specify in there what delivery date you want it to be it doesn't give you anything that the delivery you have chosen isn't possible. 2) They send you an email with a delivery date but 2 days later your package still hasn't arrived. 3) They have 4 listed so-called CUSTOMER SERVICE nos but none of them are being answered. May i put it as well that even my recipient back home even called all of those nos up and also got nothing. Oh add to it that the Yahoo Messenger ID that they have posted on their website also don't give you any answer. How in the world can you call this customer service hotlines when you can't get anything????? 4) If you plan to surprise your love ones with a gift or a package PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE DONT EVER THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!!! The just have a way of blowing the element of surprise. Here's the kicker, here I am the Customer asking for an update with regards to my order for how many days now and what do they do? They call my recipient and ask if they have gotten anything already. WTH???? So here's my recipient asking me if i ave sent them anything. DUH!!! Why call the recipient instead of the Sender who's been trying to get an update?
Oh and to top it all off as of today May 16, 2012 - the order which I have placed almost 5 days ago is still not delivered.
