this guy rodolfo ebreo is not qualified contractor! real scam! he will take away your money! NBI is already haunting you gago!

did not finish or honor our contract. very unprofessional. after receiving our downpayment and demolishing our house, he completely abandoned us. also got the same complaints from his other clients through emails. when we requested him to provide us with breakdown of the downpayment, he submits a different proposal and did not refer to our original contract. am just one of his unsatisfied and angry clients.

Mr. Ebreo, what happened to our request for the breakdown or progress billing of our initial down payment. Up to now no word from you. Our contract was left hanging. You completely abandoned us your supposed client and never honored our contract. Instead of a progress billing, you gave a proposal which is contrary to our initial agreement. Is this the way you do business! - one of your unsatisfied And angry clients
