Cancelled PAID order
To JONAS PUNSAL food panda rider na nagattempt magdeliver ng McDo worth 650 dito sa fabella tapos kinancel. Kung icacancel mo lang din, make sure naman ibalik mo rin bayad ko. Kapal lang ng mukha mo na icancel yung order ko na bayad na tapos tatangayin mo yung food?! Makakarating ito sa office ng food panda.

Inappropriate behavior
1st experience:rider called me on arrival, I asked "who's this". He angrily replied "FOOD PANDA!!" 2nd exp. : Rider scolds me for waiting 30 minutes because he refused to contact my Globe # or ask the condo guards to contact me. He claims he contacted me thru the FP in-app message feature which it doesn't have. I said it's his fault not mine. He replied rudely, we fought for minutes then threatened to call his brother to beat me up. 3rd exp.: riders caterwauled to vex me while I fed stray cats. When I left, they barked at and tried to scare the cats while eating. I was forced to confront them and instead of apologizing they rudely retorted as if looking for trouble. FP should require riders to wear IDs so costumers can report to the cops.

Stubborn food panda driver
Your app is good, but you have stubborn drivers. They get upset if customers aren't able to get their orders on time, when they delivered the order. Customers are also working and are seriously busy in their respective institutions, that's why food panda is the best platform of choice for busy workers like me, who don't have the time to buy his own food outside.

The attitude of the food panda drivers especially in iloilo city philippines made me rethink if I am going to consider the services of food panda again, I'll also share to my friends my uncomfortable experience with your stubborn food panda drivers especially the driver who owns this number.********

wala akong app ng food panda minsan lang ako nag order and delete my app. and after i have random messages that food panda deducted money from my gcash. good luck sayo food panda papa imbistigador kana or mag inquiry sa tulfu par matapos na kalokohan mo . mali pa number nilagay sa hotline para di macontact

Bobo ng mga tiga sagot nyong indian representative... March 1 submit ako ticket sabi ko explain bakit naubos at anung date ko naubos yung 5 free voucher sa pandapro... ang sagot "I can see you have consumed all 5" alam ko ubos na, naghihingi ako ng breakdown kung saan naubos yung 5... pabalik balik lang message, mabilis sumagot pero walang pang intindi sa message ko. Tapos niescalate ata, yung nag escalate, nagbigay ng breakdown, sinali yung order ng March 4? Kabobohan, March 1 nga ubos na daw, tapos yung March 4 FREE DELIVERY YUN NI PIZZA HUT, kahit ilan orderin ko FREE YUN covered yun ni PIZZA HUT... nakaka init ng ulo mga sumasagot sa tanung ko... at sa timeline pa lang BOBO na sumagot. March 1 inquiry ko sasagutin ubos na daw, pero nung nag research isasali yung March 4 na LIBRE NI PIZZA HUT YUNG DELIVERY, COVERED.. dun pa lang... magdududa na kung me comprehension eh.

Did not provide voucher within agreed time frame.
I ordered from a restaurant and foodpanda was not able to deliver it on time. The food was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, but I waited for an additional more or less 30 mins for the food to arrived. So I chatted with the chat support representative and I was told that I'll be contacted through email within the day regarding my voucher for the delayed delivery. When I got the email from foodpanda I was told that I'll be receiving a 48 php voucher within 24-48hrs, however, no voucher came and the worst part is, this happened again the following day. This incident happened consecutively and I now I requested to speak with a manager or a supervisor but I never got a call. Instead a representative (not a supervisor or a manager) called me. The representative who called me was very rude. I can't even get a word in because she always cuts me off, and when I insisted to speak so that I could explain what happened in hopes this never happens again, she hung up on me.

My mother ordered a dish around 500 pesos then the rider cancelled even though we've paid already thru gcash. Can you please give our money back? hopefully maayos niyo mga drivers niyo
