We ordered food from S&R in Filinvest, the App said preparing food and this continued for 2 1/2 hours and still no food, tried contacting them and no numbers were available so unable to speak to food panda on 6 different numbers.
We contacted S&R who said the food had been sat there over 2 hours waiting to be picked up .... tried contacting through the App and it doesnt allow any direct contact and only allowed us to ask where our order was and more information.
We got the more information and it said your restaurant is exceptionally busy and they are behind on preparing your food .... load of rubbish as we had spoken to S&R..... Text the rider app on the mobile app and still n answer and four hours later still no food
Oh and then we left email on support for food panda and got what back saying they would get back to us in 24 hours OMG so what ???? we will get the food 28 hours late ffs
TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL WASTE OF TIME DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

Canceled Order
While waiting for my delivery i was surprised to see that the food panda app just popped in a message saying my order was cancelled for unknown reason. Any explanation?! I already paid online!

Worst service
We are waiting for the food for 3 hours but no rider found and call me thru my contact number I had provided on my order. I want a refund on my Order. We had a late lunch because we are expecting to arrive at exactly lunch time. The rider cancel my order WTF! You made my day worst. Even it is my birthday today. You ruined my day. Hope this would not happend again to other customer. Even your customer service they had no action. I am so disappointed.

Foodpanda cebu rider not honest i unawarely paid thru credit card( realized through credit card bill) but rider still accepts my cash payment——- double payment——— but no where to complain on food panda SCAMMER

FOOD PANDA SUCKS!
I ordered earlier and the rider said he cancelled my order without letting me know! I called him thats why i knew he cancelled it. I already paid for that item and he will just tell me he cancelled it because of wrong address??! I called him “ISAGANI” food panda driver and wont answer my call. I am asking him to kust drop the item to the pinned address but no response at all. Been tryin to call on your landline but looks like its not the right number. Food panda bery worst delivery. Support agents cannot be contact! YOU ARE ALL A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! I want my money be refunded. I paid it through my debit card!

I would like to make a severe complaint against Foodpanda as a sponsor. Your company is a sham.
We recently organized an event with Foodpanda as our primary sponsor. They promised us 20,000 pesos worth of gift certificates for our event, with a contract signed and everything. We promoted your brand the entire night as you availed of the highest sponsorship package. We advertised you full force in the hopes that you sticked to your promise during our event. However, Food Panda showed up promoted themselves and never gave us the 20,000 php worth of gift certificates they promised. Horrible. Just horrible. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. The person who represented Food Panda for our organization is Maria Crisol De Leon. This woman scammed us. For your sakes, I hope you make this fiasco right.

I also order 2 dozen on Lil' Orbits located at Circuit Mall and it was also cancelled I use my credit card to purchase it and now im a bit worried I already read one of the custoners comnplaint regarding the cancellation of the food she bought it might happen to me also.
Also Why can't I make an order on dunkin donuts???

A big scam
Hi! Your agents are scammer! I have been chatting with your stupid chat support agents for few days now but i still dont have my refund. I made an order last August 13, 2019 from Cakes By Nicole but it was cancelled. Its been few days now and i still did not received anything! I sent an email with an attachment from my bank statement and order information. I hope that you can help me because again all your chat support agents are stupid specially Ali Akbar. He provided me a ticker number ******** and he said that its from the accounting dept but when i chatted back to a representative i was informed by Hafiz Arsalan Amjad that the ticket number i provided is for cancellation query. I am so upset and i would like to escalate all the agents who handled my account and report them all as a big scam! You can check my record and im one of your most avid customer but i am getting the poor customer service in the world! If this will not be resolved i will try to find away and send a formal complaint to the higher management so all those stupid reps will lose their jobs! Please improve your service because if all your customers started hating you then you know what will happen. Basic of the business! I will be posting this to all the social media sites and will tag all my friends specially your official website for stealing money from me and with your poor customer service! The hotline number that can be found in google is a scam as well and if i send an email i will get a reply that one of the agent will get in touch with me within 24 hrs but its another lie. Im not sure if there’s anything real in your company. Btw all your chat supports agents from help center are really useless. You are paying them for nothing and again food panda have the worst customer service in the whole world. If you need to talk to me please feel free to contact me or send me an email!
