Very disappointed to the agent handling our account
Very bad service from the agent handling our account. He didnt respond on my calls. No one to talk to as our shop has a problem in uploading our products. We want to terminate pur contract and not willing to pay the dues as we cant generate any revenues bec of our shop dont have any products....????????????

Very Rude Rider/ Disappointed Customer
I encountered a very rude rider with a number of 0997 911 0243. I hope foodpanda have a sanction to those rider. Pls reprimand them. Im also disappointed to foodpanda for lacking of customer service hotline number or any easier means to report such incidents. It looks like you don't want to take responsibility for any complaints made by the customers.

Disappointed to your riders
Please do something to suspend or kicked them.
You have many riders in Dapitan Sampaloc Manila doing always a trick to make many delivery orders in their own apps of road runner they order to their members of their group in small amount money to there apps of panda everyday. This is the one of your riders.

Food “SCAM” Panda refund
Ordered through my debit card and the order was cancelled by an incompetent rider without even calling or messaging me thru their app. NO REFUND WAS EVER GIVEN. What a scam their running in their website or app. I hope someone in authority will look into this.

I agree, I experienced the same thing. My order was cancelled at their end and was charged in my debit account. I got an email that says it will be refunded in a max span of a week — but it has been a month already and yet no refund was reflected in my bank account.

I have the same problem! I accidentally put my order twice because there had been a problem in their website when I was paying via credit card. Upon learning that my order got through twice, I immediately cancelled the other one. But to my surprise, I saw 2 food panda charged to my credit card. It's been a fucking month and they havent refunded it yet. I dont wanna pay for it because that was a bulk order, 33 orders. That costs a lot. Nope.

hi.. maka disappoint lage inyung rider iyang name is roy baclayon dami nyang sinasabi wala na sa ayos nakakawalang gana,mahambog ,ang tagal nya. sana tinitignan nyo din po yung ability ng rider nyo kung bagay ba siyang maging employee nyo. parang di sya bagay maging delivery ng panda sayang sikat na pa naman kayo tapos ganyan lang yung rider nyo. pili2 din po tayo yung nararapat talaga. ang yabang kasi. i hope na i keep on private nyo nalang po ito. god bless!

Food Panda Stole my Money
My food order from Peri Peri Chicken did not get delivered. I just saw that the rider cancelled my order. according to Food Panda, the rider was not able to deliver my food because I was a no show. I have been patiently waiting for my Father’s Day order to arrove and did not get any text, call or call from the lobby receptionist. The rider did not even exert any effort to deliver. And when I chatted with customer service, they refused to give me a refund. So disappointing. They outright sole money from me. So irresponsible!

concern n to the rider
parang di naman po bagay si roy baclayon sa food panda ang daming reklamo di panga nakapag umpisa. nagbibilang na agad ng sisiw ni di pa nga nanganganak yung inahing manok ,yabang .choose lang po kayo ng good rider para di kayo ma complain ng mga customer, di purkit may kakilala sa food panda eh pwede na agad makapasok ,magconcern din po tayo sa mga rider para sa kapakanan ng negosyo.. i hope you will keep this private.. concern lang po.

Run around
I used their app for the 1st time, before the order can go through you have to choose your mode of payment (for me it was paypal) it is only after that you press an orange button for the food order to go through. In my case, my order refused to go through (problem with the app perhaps). To my horror, I received an email from paypal stating that a payment was made to foodpanda. I emailed them asking for a reversal of payment they reply asking for an order numb to w/c i reply I don’t have because the order didn’t go through to which they reply asking for an order number and the cycle continues. Either their customer support is incompetent or the company is inefficient. Or perhaps both!!!

Scam rider
I didn't recieve my order,atm gamit ko sabi ng rider nasa maling address daw sya wala syang load pangtawag na dapat provided na yon,kami pa nagpaload para makuha order namin 300+ yung at di marerefund dahil di naman na cancel ng dispatcher at sabi naman kase ng rider ibibigay nya kaya umasa ako/kaming naghihintay may isang oras na nakalipas kaya pala ang tagal dumating ng order ko.after non di ko na sya macontact sa numver na binigay nya

ORDER WAS CANCELLED
I ordered mcdo meals for my siblings and it was cancelled due to unknown reasons. I paid online and was charged. I need my refund ASAP. This is not a joke. I don't get money from the trash that was HARD EARNED MONEY.
