Scammer!
You always debited my paypal account yet it will appear that there were no live orders. I tried chatting your chat support but unable to solve my problem. Who can give back all those debited amounts? You don’t even have any phone number to call for customer service representative. You jerk!

Marked delivered but didnt received the food items
Marked delivered but didnt received the food items That is 70% paid through a voucher. The app says 10 to 25 minutes before it was delivered. When the app notifies that our order has already been picked up by your rider who by the way no details that your customer can use to track them. No mobile number, no plate number and no identity which your bosses should copy from grab app for customers assurance. His motorcycle is still there where he was when the resto was still preparing the food and the app said less than 5 minutes but he is stillnot moving until the app said DELIVERED. THIS ISSUE WAS EXPERIENCED BY MANY FOOD PANDA USERSAND YET THE APP DOESBT GIVE SOLUTIONS TO IT. WE CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE THE RIDERS DETAILS ESPECIALLY THEIR NAME, MOBILE NUMBERS AND PLATE NUMBER & MOTORCYCLE MODEL UNIT. YOUR VOUCHERS IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THAT YOU GUYS CAUSED TO YOUR USERS.

MISSING OF FOOD ITEM DELIVERED
I just want to follow up the refund of my food last May 11,2020. And it takes almost 1 week, you've told me that I will received it in just 2-3days working. But till now I haven't received the refund. You have a poor customer service.

Same case. I have not received my refund for a transaction last May 21. Food Panda erroneously canceled my order and debited the amount for something I did not receive!

Missing items
This is to report the recent incident we encountered with Food Panda. We ordered to jollibee via food panda when it was delivered it heppens that it was not chcek upon payment until we found out that 2 items are mossing or not delivered but in the receipt and we pay the anount to the rider. We immediatey call him On his mobile he answered and promised to get it and he will be back to deliver. After an hour no food panda came
So we tried again to call him and cannot be contacted anymore he block my numberz in ahort items remains undelivered. Food Panda management pls dont allow ur rider to riun your reputation. The mobile number of your rider is ******** no name as we never asked for his name. Food is Jollibee P. Nival branch. Amount is P456 date is 5/14/20 at 3:51 pm. To all of you who is ordering via Food Panda pls chcek items selivered prior to payment.

Does not even deserve one star for review
An issue still ongoing since March 11 2020. A very bloody run around to give me a refund due to a damaged good delivered in my house. Constant exchange of email from date of issue until today woth food panda lying to give a refund. All sort of time frame and waiting was advised by food panda but still no refundz

Pathetic customer service
Hi All,

I have been sending emails after emails to Foodpanda customer service and all I get is some automated script. There had been an issue and without any fault from my end you have removed my cash on delivery option.
I have many times explained myself in the email that it was because of the delivery agent who advised us not pick up call from Foodpanda as he was running late and that he would be penalized

At the end it was I who have to suffer because your incompetent service.

Poor Service
While waiting for my delivery i was surprised to see that the food panda app just popped in a message saying my order was cancelled for unknown reason. Any explanation? we were waiting for our order and the food panda also called us to verify and confirmed our order but nothing came to deliver our orders. Food panda didn't even bother to call us to advise that our order was cancelled. Here's our order number: #q1id-mdiu and #q1id-qljz

Your company's foundation is based on a scam
I've had it with this company. I've ordered my lunch through your garbage app, and guess what? THE ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS INCOMPLETE. I've paid the driver the full price and I didn't get the food that I've paid for. What makes me more frustrated is, you can't talk to someone about this sham. No customer service hotline, no live chat support, no complaints/refunds department,zero,NADA. You guys suck. You can keep my money.I am so done with you. It'll be a cold day in hell before I recommend your company to anyone.

Scammer
They won't show up on the location and are constantly changing the meeting point. Eventually, they will cancel your order just because you have already paid in your credit card.

WRONG ORDER RECEIVED AND NO GIVEN SOLUTION!!!
I ordered 1 chicken fillet with rice, 1 2pc Chicken, 1 Rich ChocoPie last March 27, 2020 but they gave me 2 a la carte instead of 1 2pc chicken, and so I reported it and they called us to deliver it by tomorrow but the next day I called and they said no delivery for that day but we can go there to get it? im pregnant and im not gonna risk going out just because of that and because of their carelessness in giving the services they could've given me a refund if unable to deliver it. so unreliable. ive been waiting for their response until now but still no response? I mean how unreliable can your customer services be? Ive encountered this before but all they do is saying sorry and will give us a better service. THIS IS NOT A SURVEY BUT A COMPLAINT THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! SO DONT GIVE ME A RESPONSE TELLING ME YOURE SORRY AND WILL JUST GIVE ME BETTER SERVICES NEXT TIME BUT INSTEAD GIVE ME A SOLUTION!!!!!
