I ordered drinks earlier today which cost 223 pesos and then it said on the app that my payment failed. So I tried again and it failed as well. I check my online banking and here I see that they were able to take it out.
WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND??? THE EMAIL YOU GUYS SENT ME WAS VERY VAGUE ON WHETHER I WOULD GET IT OR NOT.
Very dissatisfied with this.

Naging araw na toh!! Pina cancel ko yung order ko kasi Mali ang address na na ilagay sa pag dedeliveran Ng pagkain. Komuntak kami sa care service Ng food panda!! Bawal na daw I refund ang pera namin kahit sana I proceed na lang ang deliver dahil sayang yung Pera!! Nakakainis!! Ibalik nyo yung binayad namin!! Puro Mali naman ang mga kontak na nilalagay nyo sa details nyo!! Walang kwenta!! Mga manloloko kayo!!!

Slow refund of money for unserved orders.
My order was cancelled. Your message said it will be refunded ASAP but 2 days passed without processing my complaint. Your agent even told me that my case was closed and I will not get a refund. Had I not reached you in different platforms I will not get it today.

Yes Natalie I got my refund but only after I banged all their fb accounts for it. I should like to think that it was the customer assistant who handled my account who played around with it. My mistake I was not able to get his name and code.

Double order??? How does it happen?
We ordered food from Mcdonalds 10th ave caloocan we are surprised our rider arrived earlier tqhn expected after paying the rider my phone rang and my daughter answered the call it was from foodpanda confirming if we got our orders. A few minutes a second call came again from food panda asking the same question at 10:15 a 3rd call again confirming if we got our orders becoz accdg to the caller the rider complained we did not pick up our order so I told a foreign sounding guy that i am.already eating my food and i have my receipt and our rider is happy becoz we gave a good tip. After the call the rider called and told me to that there our was sent twice and it happens due to system error and told me he will cancel it since the mcdonalds is already closed. Since i pity the riders that pay for cancelled food I told the rider that if the food was already prepared deliver it to me and I will pay for it even it was a double order. What pissed me off was how in the world another rider send me text messages appealing to have pity on the rider because he will.have to pay for the 2nd set of order. And then again text messaging me.that they paid for the order and yet there was no food because mcdo is closed. So I told the guy if they really are at a loss to give me the name of the rider and the order number so I will report and complain to food panda office then he answered nevermind its ok anyway it cam be refunded by his groupmate. What makes me angry and scared is that I realized my cel.number is not safe anymore becoz anybody can text me from food panda riders. No data privacy. Whats worst is that they maybe lying and just making a drama so we will have pity amd pay them even without the food and that is clearly fraud and deception. I will never order again from foodpanda. They have scams.

System crash and multiple orders
It's been like this quite awhile when I order especially on checkout and then suddenly there's a problem in their system and now because of that instead of one order but two!!! Now I'm paying twice!!

I never knew that this app is a shit until one day they cancelled my order, according to them the mall was closed! seriously? At 12 noon the mall get closed just after I made an order?!! This is SPAM! stealing everyone's money!

Horrible customer service! Scam!
1.5 hours after ordering, my food had not arrived. I contacted their chat and the agent said it would take another 30min! (2 hours total!)
I asked to cancel my order. Their agent DID NOT inform me that if I cancel (even it’s due to ThEIR error/delay), I won’t be refunded!
So I cancelled, and now they’re refusing to refund me!
There are so many similar cases like mine on their Facebook page. What a horribly run company! Stop scamming people out of their money.

Delivery fail and order not complete!!!!!
Why does my order not complete but I paid the right amount?! And the delivery boy spill out the coffee so how am i supposed to drink it anymore?! What the hell is wrong with you food panda how do you brief your riders and your food chain partners? I am so very disappointed. This is not the first time this happens to me.

Very unreachable and have a poor service for their riders
Just so you know guys, of how terrible of your service and feedbacks on your riders. They are just trying to grind everyday rain or shine. Can you just please cooperate with them, your system sucks! they cannot have a good schedule and then you are going to make their batch go down and make them suffefr without helping them? like wtf. You sucks panda.Can you atleast have a service for their inquiries and problems.

i have ordered many times via app. always the app is choosing the closest location.... i think. as being located in greenhills choose pick up option. thenrealized too late that the order was placed in qc - quezon ave branch.... pandemic... can not travel.... try to contact help.... was chating with your teller...no help....just sarcastic answers....
