Our respected client is seeking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance/Business Analyst who goes beyond finding bugs - someone who grasps the broader vision of why the company is building what we're building. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City and offers an Onsite work arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed acceptance criteria, setting the standard for user stories.
• Execute testing activities aligned with business requirements.
• Actively contribute to defining acceptance criteria, business rules, and user stories.
• Identify and document software bugs, driving bug resolution during development.
• Communicate project deliverables and quality status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate a smooth UAT process and track issues in production for future improvements.
• Contribute to the use of automation tools for QA optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to meet project deadlines.
• Actively contribute to creating a vibrant workplace community.

Key Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience or exposure to Business Analysis practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills in QA and Business Analysis contexts.
• Understanding of business processes and alignment of QA efforts with business goals.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
