I am a first time customer of planet cable. I supposedly had a schedule of installation last 18 May, and luckily, after waiting the whole day.. No body turn up, nor nobody even bothered to give me a call to let me know that they won't be able to make it.
Calling their customer service hotline also sucks.. You need to call them for more than a hour - continously - before someone can answer you call..
I had a flight schedule and will be out of the country for the next 3 weeks. And this customer service by name Margie and Ezra told and advise me that if they did not manage to install my cable and internet the next day, then I have to give them a call again once I am back - which is 3 weeks after!!!
Is this the kind of service does your people provide to your customer specially for new customers??
Planet Cable will just keep on wasting your time, hence, better yet to go and look for more reliable service provider.

Planet Cable Technicians and Customer Service Sucks!

I agree to that. Their customer service really sucks. They can’t even send you the hard copy billing, they will only send an sms for your bill. Account number given also not valid for paying online. The internet is fast but the system and customer service is really really bad. We’re so disappointed with Planet Cable. I hope we can terminate the contract soon.
