Worse than terrible
TV cable box has been going on for two months, repeated attempts to contact you have been fruitless. Since I started calling I have made over 50 calls (when actually get through only about 20% calls last over 20 minutes), spent over Ᵽ2000 in Globe and Skype costs resulting in about 16 hours of my time.......
Rate you the worst company I have dealt with in doing 45 years of international business.
Hire an IT company to fix your customer service phones and get a new manager to strain your staff to help other than actually simply apologize for their lack of training.
