POOR SERVICE
IN-SPITE OF HEARING A LOT OF BAD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, I STILL CHOSE TO PURCHASE A LOT ON THEM BECAUSE OF IT'S LOCATION. BUT EXPERIENCING IT MYSELF WAS SO HORRIBLE, SLOW PROCESS AS ALWAYS, POOR COORDINATION AT MAIN BRANCH, HAVING STAFF THAT LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM? (I'M NOT SURE IF THEY EVEN ORIENT THEIR STAFF BEFORE PLACING THEM ON THEIR BRANCH OFFICES, THEY JUST GONNA TELL YOU TO CHECK ON THE MAIN BRANCH YOUR CONCERN...SO WHAT'S THE ESSENCE OF PUTTING STAFF ON THEIR BRANCH OFFICE? TO RECEIVE PAYMENT? ), EVEN TYPO ERROR ABOUT THEIR CLIENT'S NAME?AND REMAINING BALANCE? . FRUSTRATING SERVICE. I ACTUALLY ALREADY PREPARED MYSELF ON FEELING DISCOURAGED AND FRUSTRATED ON THEIR SERVICE, HOPING THAT THEY MADE SOME IMPROVEMENTS ON THEIR SERVICES AS TIMES GOES BY, WHICH IS I BELIEVE ANY BUSINESS OATH TO DO ISN'T IT?
