No coordination from the company qfter getting all my DP, i always complain but no actions made i regret investing my money in this company. Even the agents and mqnagers they dont give updates what happened after full downpayments

SOBRANG SLOW- MABAGAL PA SILA SA PAGONG!
I've been SOBRANG PATIENT na that I need to do this! Up to this date,my H&L property at Cambridge not yet taken out after paying it full payment since 2018! last March 2021 I went directly to their office to followup my documents for title.prior to this these were already submitted to Lipa office(wala din kwenta kausap) at sinabing pinadala na sa main at denied naman nila natanggap nila.See? Lack of communication. So sabi tatawagan daw nila ako para malaman ko magkqno babayaran ko kasi during that time di pa daw nila macompute (after 10 years?) So I continously doing followup kasi dinaman makontact yun number na binigay nila.sa dami ng complains sa kanila bakit mabagal pa din sila. BAKA kailangan na sa TULFO isumbong sila.

POOR SERVICE
IN-SPITE OF HEARING A LOT OF BAD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, I STILL CHOSE TO PURCHASE A LOT ON THEM BECAUSE OF IT'S LOCATION. BUT EXPERIENCING IT MYSELF WAS SO HORRIBLE, SLOW PROCESS AS ALWAYS, POOR COORDINATION AT MAIN BRANCH, HAVING STAFF THAT LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM? (I'M NOT SURE IF THEY EVEN ORIENT THEIR STAFF BEFORE PLACING THEM ON THEIR BRANCH OFFICES, THEY JUST GONNA TELL YOU TO CHECK ON THE MAIN BRANCH YOUR CONCERN...SO WHAT'S THE ESSENCE OF PUTTING STAFF ON THEIR BRANCH OFFICE? TO RECEIVE PAYMENT? ), EVEN TYPO ERROR ABOUT THEIR CLIENT'S NAME?AND REMAINING BALANCE? . FRUSTRATING SERVICE. Cguro 2016or 2017 ko lang po nalaman na myron palang binabayaran na association dues eh wala po akong alam kasi wala naman po akong narereceive na letter galing sa office ng woodside. Good day. May lot po akong kinuha dito sa may Glory Heights Subd., San Matias, Sto. Tomas Pampanga. Tapos ko na po syang bayaran ngayong May 2015 (5 years to pay) ang problema ko po ay ipinangalan ko sa Mother ko since wala po ako dito sa Pilipinas nung kuhanin ko iyon. Ngayon pong tapos na ang payment ko at kukunin ang titulo, possible po bang ilipat un sa pangalan ko directly ung land title kung babayaran na ung deed of sale? Ano po ang mga procedures at requirements na kailangan ko kung ganun po? Meron po bang extra charge sa case ko?
