Our esteemed client is in need of an Account Manager with extensive experience in cash recycling machines. This opportunity is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions involving cash recycling machines. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Account Manager should be part of the customer journey from closing the deal to maintaining the quality of relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance their cash management processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Sales and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cash recycling solutions to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team (sales specialist) to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Assist in the acquisition of new clients by showcasing the benefits of cash recycling machines.
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cash recycling machines and their functionalities
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of cash recycling machines
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in cash recycling technology
- Understanding of working with software solutions and different technology teams
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in account/client management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Strong technical background in cash recycling machines or related cash handling equipment
