Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a healthcare company that commenced its operations in the Philippines in 2020. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing strategic partnerships to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development establishing relationships, and driving the growth of our business The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, negotiation agreements, and deal closures.
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for driving the company's revenue growth by building strategic partnerships.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities, and identify potential partners aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
● Engage in effective communication to convey the value proposition of partnerships and collaboration with the company
● Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, including industry leaders, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
● Structure and finalize partnership agreements, addressing legal, financial, and operational considerations.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, legal, and operations, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
● Provide insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
● Build and lead a high-performing international business development team and establish clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Work with various government bodies on initiating, negotiating, and setting up new dialysis centers, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and nephrologists.
● Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
● Create a culture of competitive intelligence gathering on market trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements:
● Graduate of any business-related course
● With at least 6-8 years of experience in Consulting or Business Development
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Strong market knowledge and P&L understanding
● Ability to connect, network, and influence key stakeholders.
● Sound understanding of legal drafting (preparing & signing contracts)
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
● Willingness to Travel to various provinces for client meetings and negotiations
