Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. Our client is looking for a Merchandise Officer who will serve as the main contact for overseeing distribution and retail operations within the department. This role involves monitoring inventory, deliveries, and merchandise replenishment to ensure seamless store operations and compliance with the organization's operational and commercial standards. The work setup is hybrid work set-up and their office is based in Makati, Metro Manila.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Track orders placed with principals and managed orders for Outright accounts.
* Ensure timely dispatch of orders to Consignment and Outright accounts, coordinating closely with the warehouse.
* Reconcile data related to orders placed, received, and incoming, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Coordinate daily with sub-distributors to resolve merchandise-related issues.
* Ensure timely and appropriate merchandise replenishment across all stores.
* Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels per store, initiating stock transfers as necessary.
* Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to address merchandise needs.
* Conduct store visits to monitor competitor activities and provide detailed retail check reports.
* Prepare reports and analyze sales data, including store-level sell-through analysis.
* Conduct seasonal reviews to maximize brand sales potential across all channels.
* Fulfill planning, organizing, leading, and managing responsibilities per the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Key job qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* With at least 1 year of experience in merchandising and/or retail store operations.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Skilled at multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
